I enjoyed my stay at Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill, especially because of its great location, being near the city and the hospital. However, I dealt with some noisy moments and cleanliness issues. Staff were mostly friendly but the check-in experience left a lot to be desired.

Rooms
7.0
The room was adequate and comfortable, but it had not been vacuumed properly, and I experienced some noise disturbances. The view over the park was lovely, which helped balance things out.
Service
7.0
The staff were mostly friendly and accommodating, although I did encounter a rather disinterested person during check-in. Once that was resolved, the rest of the staff was extremely helpful.
Location
9.0
The location was excellent, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around. Being close to the Private Hospital was also a significant plus for my needs.
Dining
6.0
Dining was a mixed bag; while I enjoyed some meals, others didn't meet my expectations, as the buffet was only warm and not very appealing.
Facilities
7.0
Facilities included room service and helpful amenities, but the experience could have been improved with better overall maintenance.

My stay at Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill was quite pleasant, although there were some drawbacks. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city, being just a short walk from the town center and right across from beautiful parklands. The room was clean and comfortable, but the restaurant hours were a bit limited, leaving me wanting more dining options. Overall, it was a good experience for the price! 😊

Rooms

The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, though the layout was a bit odd. It had a spacious main area but the balcony and bathroom were triangular, which felt unusual.

Dining

The breakfast options were limited and felt overpriced. The bar closed early, which was disappointing after a long day. I felt there could be more variety and better pricing.

6.0/10

I had a mixed experience during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the views of the parklands. However, the service left much to be desired, especially when it came to handling issues with the TV and safe in my room. Overall, I can't say I was fully satisfied with my stay due to the customer service shortcomings.

Rooms
6.0
My room was spacious with gorgeous views, clean, and comfortable. However, it had issues like a poorly functioning TV and a safe that wasn't working. The cleaning staff did a great job during my stay, which was a plus.
Service
5.0
The staff weren't very accommodating regarding the issues I faced. I received some condescending responses, especially from the manager when I reported the problems, which really impacted my impression of the service.

I found the breakfast quite disappointing for the price. The hot items like eggs and bacon were overcooked, and for twenty-five dollars, I expected something better.
Facilities
